***UPDATE TO A ONE-DAY AND IN-PERSON WORKSHOP***
This is a one-day multi session workshop provided in person on June 23 from 9am-12pm.
Participants in this workshop will learn about the sources of conflict in relationships of all kinds; especially in the workplace. They will also come to better understand the most common ways they personally address conflict and learn about other tools for addressing conflict in a wide variety of situations and settings
Each participant will need to complete the Thomas-Killman Conflict Resolution Style Questionnaire provided prior to the beginning of the Workshop. This tool will help participants identify the most common ways that they currently deal with conflict in their relationships. Through the course of the Workshop participants will learn about each of the five most common conflict management styles and how and when to apply each and further develop those skills necessary to develop solutions to conflict.
The workshop presenter, Mike O’Rourke, is a retired Marriage and Family Therapist with nearly thirty years of experience, the CFO for a small business and for several statewide organizations as well, a retired school teacher and former County Superintendent of Schools, and a practicing minister for a local congregation in Anaconda.
