Headwaters Workforce Coalition Meeting

Join us for a public meeting regarding workforce in Southwest Montana.

This meeting will include a presentation to the public from the four different workforce committees and their work since the last Coalition Meeting. The workforce survey will also be reviewed to understand the challenges businesses are experiencing regarding workforce.

Guest Speaker and owner of Clark Fork Veterinary Clinic in Deer Lodge, Shannon Nielsen will join us to discuss how she created a strong company culture and what has worked for her small business to overcome workforce issues.
